**Job Overview**
As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant, from food preparation to customer service. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide outstanding service will contribute significantly to our team’s success.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front of house area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient service flow.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are required.
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and cashiering is advantageous.

Pay: $17.20-$20.07 per hour
