**About the Job**:
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated Content Marketing Specialist to join our Clickback Marketing team. This is an intermediate level role. This experienced professional will be responsible for writing strong SEO friendly marketing content, along with managing and executing on all social media initiatives and building our paid per click (PPC) ad campaigns. This role reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager. Must have a strong writing portfolio, we will request samples at the interview stage.

**Content Writer (50%)**
- With your excellent knowledge of SEO, you will write and develop SEO friendly content for our corporate website and blogs.
- Can build and execute on-brand content strategy that supports social media marketing and paid Google Ads (PPC) with general marketing of our product and other company-wide initiatives, both short and long term.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels.
- Produce quality SEO-friendly content for blog and internal website pages, along with premium content pieces (i.e. case studies, whitepapers, etc.).
- Work with other marketing team members to create content that will drive lead growth from digital marketing efforts such as on our social media and pay per click ads.
- Work with creative, product, sales and customer success teams to develop and maintain in-software and help guide content to ensure branding initiatives and content have a consistent message across all company assets.
- Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc copywriting and/or sales enablement content.
- Understands latest content marketing strategies and experiment methodology (i.e. conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, etc.).
**Social Media (25%)**
- Create and run paid social media ad campaigns to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)
- This role will manage and execute on certain aspects of our social media marketing initiatives and assist with strategy development
- Proven track record of managing a Paid Social Media ads budget and hitting aggressive marketing targets for scaled growth
- Develop and expand Clickback’s social media presence to increase leads using all current platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
- Create and run paid social media ads to increase and develop qualified leads
- Research new and upcoming social media platforms that can be used
- Crowdsourcing - research to find blogs and websites, such as Quora, answering questions or comments about our industry or products with goal of being part of the online conversations with goal of promoting Clickback, its services and to drive sales leads.
- Prior experience using Social Media Marketing tools
- Prior experience with brand reputation management
- Ability to stay current and up-to-date on social media tools and industry trends
**Paid Google Ads (25%)**
- Create and run paid Google or Microsoft ads to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)
- Proven track record of managing a Paid Google ads budget and hitting aggressive marketing targets for scaled growth
- Prior experience using Google ads and Microsoft Bing is required
- Ability to stay current and updated on paid ad training tools and industry trends
- Understand how to analyze reporting and data to determine strategic pivots for increased lead generation and results
- Fluent in building detailed reporting of campaign metrics for analysis and campaign iterations
- Through data-driven metrics can scale lead growth through different experiments and initiatives from different paid channels
- You have a proven track record of using analytics and reporting to decrease cost per lead, increase conversions and hit marketing targets
- Strong understanding of building experiments and creating scope documents through strategic development and execution
- Knowledge of ad creation and campaign optimization development for improved results
**What You Will Need**:
