**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Comply with all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary, ensuring timely service.
**Skills**
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Effective time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Knowledge of food handling practices in accordance with health regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Experience in the food and bar industry, particularly in bartending.

Pay: $16.55-$17.50 per hour
