Marquis Gardens Banquet & Convention Center is looking to hire banquet servers who are experienced & outgoing individuals This position has the possibility to be full-time hours.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate introduction.

Ensure knowledge of menu for assigned event.

Serve food and beverages to guests at tables as required
- buffet, family style, a la carte & French service.

Knowledge of drinks, liquor laws, serve responsibly.

Ensure cleanliness of tables/ bar areas.

Make guest satisfaction the utmost priority.

Work well independently as well as in a team.

Well groomed and punctual at all time.

Prior experience an asset.

Ability to lift 30lbs.

Ability to work on your feet for long hours.

Reliable transportation.

Varying schedule to include days, evenings, but mostly weekends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $14.00-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ancaster, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 3 years (preferred)
