**Resident Counsellor**

Riverview Home Corporation is a non - profit Corporation which provides care and support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, as well as long term mental illness.

Riverview Home Corporation provides services in a facility-based model as well as community homes, and for residents residing in ILS apartments. (Independent Living Supports)

You will be supporting the resident(s)to take part in a wide range of activities, some of which will include recreation and leisure, social activities, helping set life goals, and promoting community inclusion, as well as providing or assisting in personal care supports.

**Salary Information**:

- $23.2361 hourly
- $3.50 per hour shift and weekend premiums
- 4% vacation plus 5% in lieu of other benefits
