**Tier 2 Press Assistant (Offset) - (Day/Aft Shift)**

Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who has a proven track record at feeding offset Heidelburg presses and is looking to become a press operator? Join our team as a **Tier 2 Press Assistant (Offset)**, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless press operations and exceptional product quality. **Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for operating and maintaining the feeder section of the offset press.
- Assist in completing press machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.
- Perform routine preventative and operational maintenance and minor repairs to equipment.
- Remove and clean plates and cylinder at end of press run.
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Other duties as required

**Education**

High School Diploma or GED

**Experience**

3-5 Years of Experience as a Tier 2 Press Assistant, Feeder, or Press Helper on Heidelberg Offset Press

**Skills**
- Previous experience as a Press Operator will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of GMP and GDP will be considered an asset
- Strong safety-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Team player

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
