As a member of the VSP (Video Sharing Platform) Team, you will be a part of a dynamic, results-driven team responsible for creating a better User Experience all the while enforcing regulations for our internal and external products. As a Product Manager, for our Gay Products on Pornhub, you will be central to executing the vision that guides the future of our globally recognized brands. In this role you will be responsible for improving the user experience for more than 100 million users every day.
User experience is at the core of our brands identity. Maintaining and polishing that experience is what the role will entail. We will be crafting better user journeys and testing new mediums to deliver content to our user base constantly.
**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must Haves**:
- 3+ Years working in a Product Management or Product Owner role in traditional SCRUM/Agile teams
- Solid Time-management skills.
- Great communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to think of simple solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to articulate complex issues and their proposed solutions.
- Serve as an Ambassador in the LGBTQA+ community
- Can work on larger teams.
- Exceptional ability to work cross team and effectively communicate with teams in Content, Design, Product, and Engineering
- Passion for creating a great consumer experience
- Strong disposition for data-driven product development
- User-centered, design-thinking mindset with an ability to bridge technical and business worlds
- Vision: Strong intuition on customer problems and needs
- Eye for Design
- Have an active role in delivering features to market
