**Qualifications**:

- Able to work and transition from cold to warm environments up to -20-degree temperatures
- Valid forklift certificate for reach forklift and counterbalance
- Interpersonal skills required for interacting with customers and outside trucking companies
- Previous work experience in food manufacturing industry will be considered an asset
- Previous work experience in food manufacturing industry will be considered an asset
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Loading and unloading of finished product
- Ensure accuracy of all loads
- Process shipping reports to ensure all open shipped orders are processed and invoiced as well as set up orders for the following day
- Create shipping documentation including the shipping bill of lading, address label and any required international shipping documents
- Cycle counting and inventory adjustments in freezer/dry warehouse
- Housekeeping of the shipping and receiving, freezer and dock areas
- Assemble customer orders for loading, inventory control, scheduling of trucks and prepare goods for shipment
- Receive equipment into the inventory management data base
- Maintain records as required BOL and custom documents, print orders and complete shipping/receiving reports
- Ensure all Q.A. documents are accurate and complete
- Ensure Pallets are shipped and issued out to receiving as First pallet in First Out (FIFO)
- Reports and documents any damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping
- Safe operation of warehouse equipment and adhering to pedestrian safety guidelines
- Reporting damages and missing Certificate of analysis to the Quality team
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
