We are looking for an individual who is very approachable with high attention to detail and a willingness to learn to fill the position of Receptionist. If you are a people person with a bubbly personality who is always looking to assist others while multitasking then this role is for you

**Duties &**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet applicants by providing the best customer service care by smiling, being open, willing to assist, professional, friendly and outgoing.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, greet guests, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Review the applicant's appointment notices to confirm the schedule.
- Review the applicant's identification(s).
- Refer applicants to the appropriate authority if there are issues with their paperwork and/or identification(s).
- Provide paperwork to applicants with instructions.
- Maintain knowledge of RYPM’s leasing process, including but not limited to tenant screening procedures, documents required to lease a property, fees that a tenant must pay to secure a property, and the execution of the Lease Agreement.
- Provide unqualified tenants with information on meeting RYPM qualifications, and, when applicable, redirect those tenants to more appropriate properties
- For phone calls that do not result in showings, direct prospective tenants to RYPM’s Facebook page so that they are kept apprised of future properties that might suit their desired occupancy date, location, and budget
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education and or work-related experience.
- Must be able to work 9 am-5 pm from Monday-Friday
**Compensation**:$18/hr.
