**The role**:
The **Financial Systems Analyst** will be an integral part of the Corporate Finance Continuous Improvement team to support the maintenance, enhancements, regulatory requirements and reporting of our financial systems.

**What you’ll do**:
ERP and Financial Application System Administration
- Monitor system controls and performance metrics
- System troubleshooting and solution support
- System control account reconciliations (E.g. Clearing Accounts, Control Accounts, Inter-Company)
- Data quality control and review of accounting policy adherence

Regulatory and Reporting Support
- Annual and regulatory audit support
- Monthly regulatory reporting and filing support
- Month end financial system close processes & consolidation support
- Ad-hoc regulatory and compliance reporting support

ERP Upgrade and Application System Enhancement Support
- Support the ERP Upgrade project through configuration assistance, documentation, data cleansing and testing
- Assist in new user training and go-live user hyper-care.
- Other duties as assigned

**What you’ll bring**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years accounting experience
- Hands-on experience in a complex ERP environment
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or accounting, or a related field
- Solid foundation of financial accounting principles
- Hands-on experience working in a complex ERP environment
- Strong communication and partner engagement
- Able to act with a sense of urgency
- Competence and passion for both business and technology
- Versatile, adaptable with the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
- Willingness and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to establish relationships with business and IT groups across the enterprise
