**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the installation of roofing materials according to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing roofs to ensure durability and longevity.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various roofing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily tasks.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in construction, such as hammers, saws, and drills.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques is a plus.
- Experience as a carpenter or maintenance person can be beneficial for this role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $16.99-$38.77 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
