- Reporting to the IT Coordinator, the IT Technician is primarily responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company's IT equipment and providing support to all users on worksites.
- What you will do
- Provide problem-solving services to users;
- Test and install computer hardware;
- Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment, identify and resolve issues;
- Supply site equipment (printer, photocopier, phone, cell phone, computer, Internet connection);
- Maintain inventory of available telecommunication equipment;
- Have subcontractors check all photocopiers returning from sites to ensure they are in good condition before redistribution to another project;
- Prepare equipment shipments to sites and offices;
- Ensure new employees have all required equipment;
- Enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team

This role could be for you if you have
- Hold a college diploma in computer technology or a relevant field;
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software;
- Have advanced English and French skills, both spoken and written;
- Have good teaching abilities;
- Demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, diplomacy, rigor, and discretion.
