**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a results-driven Financial Analyst with experience in the manufacturing sector to support operations through insightful financial analysis and reporting. This role plays a critical part in evaluating production costs, analyzing supply chain and inventory data, and supporting strategic planning to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze manufacturing costs and operational expenses to identify efficiency opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams to provide financial insights and support data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial reports for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and report on KPIs including fully burdened rate, labor efficiency, yield, scrap, and inventory turnover.
- Prepare capital expenditure (CapEx) analysis and ROI assessments for equipment purchases or process improvements.
- Conduct profitability analysis at the product, customer, and plant level.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and production processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (INFOR VISUAL & IFS experience considered a plus).
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and Power Query is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time, on-site.
- Involves regular collaboration with plant managers, engineers, and supply chain personnel.
