**Responsibilities**:

- Event hosts manage guests at functions like weddings, private parties, birthdays, conferences, and kid's events.
- Setup, manage and interact with guests for the Photobooths.
- Quality Assurance checks during Photobooth Setup.
- Ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
- Welcoming guests, answering questions, and liaising with support staff for any product issues.
- Creating a positive and fun atmosphere where guests can enjoy themselves.
- Providing guests with Pose Photobooths QR Code for future bookings.
- Providing guests with Props for photo and video.
- Ensuring your work table is aesthetically pleasing.
- Assisting with the planning, preparation, and organization of Photobooth events.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns of guests in a charming, polite manner.
- Ensuring that the event space is clean prior to and after the event.
- Double-checking that all health safety measures are observed.
- Post Event Support for Guests to follow-up for any photo or video requests.
- Future Bookings Sales and Service.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a driver's license.
- Must have a vehicle to travel to events.
- Must be able to lift 100lbs+
- Must be available to work on holidays and/or holiday weekends (ie - Halloween Weekend, New Years Eve, Labour Day Weekend, BC Day Weekend etc.)
- Vehicle must be able to hold Photobooth equipment.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Great technical skills for Photobooth operations.
- Experience in the hospitality, sales and customer service areas of work.
- Excellent management, technical, organizational, and planning skills.
- The ability to anticipate problems and make contingency plans.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- A charming demeanour and positive attitude.
- Flexible and approachable.
- Previous experience working with/on Photobooths an asset.
- Photography experience preferred.

**Additional Assets**
- Multiple languages are an asset - Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Spanish, Portuguese will all be of great benefit.
- Previous experience working with/on Photobooths an asset.
- Photography experience preferred.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 per hour
