Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations within our facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, making necessary repairs or arranging for outside contractors as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Oversee the procurement of necessary parts, tools, and supplies for maintenance activities
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and low voltage electrical systems
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair various types of equipment
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of technicians
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify issues and implement solutions
- Experience in fabrication or welding is desirable
