Join Our Team as a Quality Analyst at Epiroc

Your Mission:

- The Quality Analyst is responsible to collect, validate, analyze, and report the results from several source inputs that will support the safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) key performance indicators (KPI). The position reports to the National SHEQ Manager and is located in Lively, Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all reported data is clear, concise and accurate.
- Prepare and provide applicable KPI/metric information for CRM/BRM as requested
- Build Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) dashboard that compiles prepares and presents results to support production efficiency
- Build and maintain Warranty dashboard and provide results to support Technical Services
- Compile and prepare monthly reports
- Utilize ECS to pull data, input forms, and analyze output
- Support the Environmental Lead with the preparation of the quarterly sustainability reports as required
- Prepare and present applicable corporate information slides for the company updates
- Prepare and present SHEQ onboarding/orientation as required
- Prepare and perform ISO 9001 process/internal audits as scheduled
- Vendor quality analysis
- Assist with the creation of forms, procedures, presentations, graphs, etc. to support the deliverables within the National SHEQ organization

Your profile:

- Required to have 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, report generation (charts, pivot tables, Power Bi, etc.)
- Coding experience required (Python)

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:

- Post secondary education
- Strong statistical and data analytics experience

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Ability to capture and analyse data while ensuring the source information is correct.
- Able to write reports in a professional and concise manner
- Good communication skills internally and externally, able to present in front of an audience
- Willing to develop strong relations with the Global SHEQ team
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Ability to represent Epiroc in a professional and ethical manner
- Auditing experience is an asset
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
