Our Team Leaders are responsible for leading a team of Activity Leaders to deliver quality before and after school care experiences.

**Your qualifications**
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- 1-2 years’ experience leading a team
- Emergency First Aid and CRC - C & AED
- 20 hours of training in Child Development, Child
- Guidance and/or Nutrition an asset
- **Your responsibilities**:

- Directly supervise and provide leadership to a team of staff
- Plan and implement child-centered programming
- Establish positive relationships and communication with families, staff and key stakeholders
- Complete required administrative tasks

**Location**:Douglas YMCA Kids Club (2150 Brigadoon Ave, Vancouver)
- **Rate of Pay**:$23.88 per hour
- **Benefits**: Benefits package +
- **FREE Gym Membership **paid vacation days and sick leave
- **Terms**: Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week
- **Shift**:Monday - Friday 7:30am - 9am & 2:30pm - 6pm + admin
- **Reports To**: Supervisor, Healthy Child Development
