**Job Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, including seniors and those with disabilities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and support. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and clients' homes.

**Duties**
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication administration.
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure client safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behavior, reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care tailored to individual needs.

**Skills**
- Experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or hospice care.
- Knowledge of senior care best practices and dementia care techniques.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong caregiving skills, including the ability to provide compassionate support.
- Proficiency in cleaning and maintaining a hygienic environment for clients.
- Ability to perform nursing tasks as required by client needs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and their families.
- Capability to handle heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.33-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
