**Position purpose**:
**Position Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Advance and execute against creative sourcing techniques for a broad range of positions including Store Leadership and Corporate roles; techniques include direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external research, etc.
- Integrate diversity into the staffing process
- Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
- Retail industry recruitment experience with a broad range of roles
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience for various roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, selection techniques and diversity recruiting in addition to excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving, influential and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to balance multiple priorities & manage time effectively
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Teamwork, strong positive attitude and ability to quickly build strong relationships
