PoweringUP is offering a Government funded Construction training program in partnership with Red Deer Polytechnic at NO COST to the participants.

It is specifically designed to meet the hiring needs of Construction Companies. It provides a blend of job specific construction skills training in electrical, carpentry, plumbing/pipefitting, welding, alternative energy.
- 15 weeks of construction training offered by Red Deer Polytechnic
- Industry Certifications
- 4-weeks job experience in Construction: electrical, welding, carpentry, a pipe trade, sheet metal OR alternative energy
- Connection to the market for employment with dedicated support from Job Placement Consultant for 3 months after training
