The primary job of the window and door consultant is to serve as the store expert by providing detailed product information to customers.

**Duties**:

- Help customers and ask open ended questions about their project in order to determine what they need to complete the job
- Describe features and benefits of our products
- Maintain the window and door area on the floor by ensuring it is in proper order
- Provide customers with quotes using computer software
- Record required information for custom orders in an orderly fashion
- Look up orders and notify customers of ETA
- Process payments
- Comfortable lifting and carrying out merchandise for customers
- Ability to multitask
- Some heavy lifting required
- Customer focused and team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
