**Key Responsibilities**
- Tracking, measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the Learning and Development Framework
- Administrative support for L&D programming
- Researching training programs
- Accurate, timely communications, reports, files & documents to support the L&D function
- Identifying learning requirements and gaps
- Designing and developing training material including training videos, leader guides, participant manuals, visual aids, evaluations and job aids that support knowledge transfer
- Other tasks as needed and assigned by the L&D team

**Key Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adept at administrative activities and enjoys the problem-solving process
- Detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Learning is an asset
