**Posting Description**:
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Working with other members of the Trauma, Neurosurgery and Critical Care program to coordinate on-going projects and moves in various areas
- Organizing and archiving office charts as needed
- Reviewing, updating or developing documentation, policies and procedures
- Other administrative task(s) and program moves/projects as required
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Must have completed at least one year of university/college
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization skills with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work with efficient turnaround time
- Demonstrated excellence in problem solving, interpersonal competence and critical thinking.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to interact with others.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of the Mission and Values of St. Michael's Hospital.
- Excellent record of attendance and punctuality.
