**Responsibilities include**:

- Welcoming patients and providing office tours
- Creating an exceptional customer experience
- Assist colleagues in daily responsibilities
- Preparing gifts
- Organizing beverage centre
- Taking new patient photos

**Requirements**:

- Customer-oriented approach and patience
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent people skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Limited computer skills necessary
