What you'll do- Define and document security requirements for projects, including functional and non-functional needs.- Develop and execute security test cases aligned with project goals.- Implement and manage cybersecurity tools and platforms across endpoint, cloud, and network domains.- Design and automate playbooks and processes within a SOAR platform.- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.- Monitor emerging threats and assess organizational impact.- Identify security gaps and recommend best practices to strengthen cybersecurity posture.- Create, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity tools, processes, and initiatives.- Generate and present monthly performance reports to stakeholders.- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.- Coordinate team activities, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity initiatives.- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including evaluating solutions, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with contractual and security requirements.- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering, with security certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, etc. would be an asset.- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT or networking, with at least 5+ years focused on Cybersecurity.- At least 2 years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience in two or more of the following domains:
- Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)- SIEM, log management, network security and monitoring- Endpoint detection and response- Vulnerability management- SOAR and automation- IAM/PAM- Data Loss Prevention- Threat Intelligence and UEBA- Proficiency in managing cybersecurity tools in Windows and Linux environments.- Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and vulnerability remediation.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
