Processing Technician

**WE ARE**:
A Health Canada Licensed Micro Cultivator with a grow facility located in Sundre, Alberta.

**General Duties of Processing Tech (Not Exhaustive of all Duties)**
- Conduct trimming of dried flowers by hand or machine.
- Cut plants during harvesting and post-harvest handling such as deleafing, ensuring accuracy in weighing and inventory data input.
- Execute drying and curing processes, including hanging and de-racking and bucking.
- Safely package flower in to bags.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces and tools.
- Operate and maintain equipment in good shape.
- Collaborate with supervisors on inventory updates and reporting

**A Plus, but not Required**
- At least 1 year of experience in cannabis cultivation or processing field.
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation, including cloning, trimming, and post-harvest processing.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and Health Canada regulations.

**Working Conditions**(Scheduled, Environment)
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds multiple times a day and work with a step ladder.
- Be comfortable working in tight and awkward positions.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to cooperation, trust, and respect.
- An individual who wants to become a part of a small team and work together
- Exposure to dusts, odors, allergens, pollen, and other environmental variables.
