We are currently hiring a **full-time Parts Advisor**. To be successful in this role, you should be reliable, professional, and possess strong organizational and customer service skills.

**What we expect from you**:

- Receive and process parts orders from technicians, service advisors, and the body shop.
- Locate, retrieve, and deliver parts to appropriate departments promptly.
- Organize and maintain the parts inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Use the dealership's computer system to check part availability, prices, and order status.
- Collaborate with the parts manager to order and replenish stock as needed.
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming parts, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including shelves and work areas.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering part alternatives, and providing accurate information.

- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in an automotive parts or service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, including their identification and functionality.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
