Strong Performance Testing knowledge of web, knowledge on Load runner tool

Strong QA background.

Experience in Payments - Performance Lead, knowledge of Load runner

Great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Work with development and QA Leads to understand objectives and map out performance testing requirements.

Determine proper prioritization of the testing activities and full coverage of test scenarios based on the performance test plan and observations from concurrent test activities.

Design test solutions to be implemented and executed in alignment with the planned scope and design coverage and customer needs/use.

Proficiency in documenting and recording bugs and errors discovered during the system, software testing and recommending solutions for corrective actions.

Be a team player and be ready to roll up sleeves and assist other team in test case preparation and test case execution

**Essential Skills**

Strong Performance Testing knowledge of web, knowledge on Load runner tool

Knowledge of Banking domain.

Experience in client-facing roles
