Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and oversee the implementation of residential solar projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and communicate between clients, team members, and external vendors to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and timelines.
- Manage all aspects of project workflow, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site assessments, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and accuracy of installations.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to deliver to agreed standards and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental laws, and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
