Camp/remote Housing Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies targeted at expanding our presence in the camp and remote housing market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients involved in mining, oil and gas, and other industries requiring remote accommodations.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet these needs with Northgate's products and services.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
- Regularly travel to remote sites as needed to develop client relationships and understand their operational environments.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the modular housing or construction industry with a focus on remote or camp housing.
- Strong ability to network, influence, and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Capable of remote travel and adaptable to varying field conditions.
