The **Wealth Solutions** **Operations Analyst** will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Wealth Group which includes Retirement Solutions, Individual Financial Solutions, and Actuarial Services. Reporting to the Health & Wealth Senior Operations Manager, the **Wealth Solutions Operations Analyst** prepares program budgets, manages financial analysis, facilitates several optimization programs, and coordinates new firms’ onboarding.

**The Wealth Solutions Operations Analyst will**:

- Handle issues including include risk management, clients' termination, and employee concerns.
- Manage weekly and monthly budgets; responsible for tracking revenue, carrier management, and reporting accuracy.
- Be comfortable working with new technology, as new software implementation and employee training are part of this role.
- Be highly proficient with quick and efficient problem solving.
- Work closely with the other departments, such as corporate human resources, finance, and IT to assist with planning the long-term and short-term goals of the organization.
- Play a lead role in providing financial and operational support to senior management and be responsible for keeping the company’s administration system accurate and maintained.
- Support the coordination of on-site and off-site events.

**To be successful as the Wealth Solutions Operations Analyst you** will need**:

- Solid understanding of business fundamentals related to negotiations and financial management.
- The ability to work in an unstructured environment and independently.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate with people at various levels, including executive management, staff, and clients.
- Strong project planning and execution skills, including the ability to make mid-course corrections.
- Strong Excel knowledge, including large amounts of data processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field and three years of experience in an office environment; or a combination of experience and/or education.
- Experience in Group Retirement preferred.
- LLQP, RPA, CEBS designation considered an asset.
- Experience with Salesforce an asset.
