Jenna Rae Cakes is looking for a **Store Supervisor** to join our sweet team at **Island Lakes**
If you're someone who loves creating magical customer experiences, bringing positive energy to every shift, and leading with kindness and confidence, we’d love to meet you You’ll be the on-site leader who keeps our shop running smoothly, ensures every guest feels welcomed and delighted, and supports a team culture that’s uplifting, inspired, and full of joy.
**Location**: Island Lakes - 20 Island Shore Blvd #9A
**Availability**: Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm
- **What you’ll do**:_
☺︎ Create warm, memorable experiences for every guest, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for
☺︎ Lead daily shop operations and support the team to keep everything running smoothly
☺︎ Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, service standards, and best practices
☺︎ Support and uplift the retail team, helping everyone work confidently and cohesively
☺︎ Manage incoming food delivery app orders with efficiency and accuracy
☺︎ Keep the shop sparkling, organized, and safe for guests and team members
☺︎ Complete end-of-shift reports with the team and send them to the Assistant Manager
☺︎ Communicate clearly with staff and leadership to support a positive, solution-focused environment

- **Qualifications**:_
☺︎ 1+ years in a customer-service-driven role
☺︎ Previous leadership or supervisor experience is an asset
☺︎ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
☺︎ Experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required
