Concession Cashiers

**True North Sports + Entertainment** is looking for** customer service-driven and reliable Concession Cashiers to join our team at**The Burton Cummings Theatre.**

As part of the **Concession**team, you will provide quick and efficient service to customers and perform a variety of duties relating to cafeteria-style service, including cold food preparation, stocking counters and steam tables, and maintaining sanitation standards.

**What to be excited for in this role**:

- Check and stock supplies in counter area neatly, accurately, and in a timely fashion as per menu.
- Inform stand leader in a timely manner when food quantities are low or special requests.
- Clean equipment and utensils.
- Keep counter and floor in work or service area clean and free of debris.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and explain same to customers accurately.
- Demonstrate complete understanding of department policies and procedures.
- Relay relevant comments received from customers directly to supervisor.
- Primary function of serving quick service items including Popcorn, candy, soft drinks.
- Comply with sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness.
- Greet customers and take their orders.
- Check orders to ensure that guest is receiving a complete and correct order.
- Collect payment from guests.
- Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. Perform other duties as required that align with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of the organization.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
