W H A T W E ’ R E L O O K I N G F O R

As an **Assistant Site Superintendent,**you’ll support the site team building our **Oakville**project, where Podium is the

Construction Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the site superintendent in day-to-day site operations.
- Coordination with all the trade contractors and suppliers.
- Health and Safety plan enforcement on the site.
- Quality assurance implementation on site.
- Deficiency resolution on site.
- Managing any own forces skilled and general labour.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communications skills
- Strong technical construction understanding
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in construction management

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
