**Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment for effective cleaning.
- Maintain facilities by performing minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working in commercial environments.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and tools.
