THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Materials team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for sourcing and identifying a portfolio of fabrics to bring Aritzia’s product to life. You will play a pivotal role in determining what fabric Aritzia uses, and ensuring it delivers on Aritzia’s standards for high quality, timely delivery, and healthy margins. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Fabric, you will lead the team to:

- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Determine the approach for sourcing fabrics that fulfill the design vision.
- Secure the best possible quality materials against defined standards, using industry leading practices.
- Secure the best possible lead times for materials without compromising quality.
- Secure the best possible materials margins without compromising lead-time and quality.
- Ensure the high quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all materials prior to finished goods production.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Fabric, has:

- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in sourcing and identifying fabrics, in addition to lead-time and margin negotiation with suppliers
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
