**What is the role?**

We are seeking a confident, goal oriented and energetic sales representative who is looking to build their career in a consultative selling environment. Our Residential Sales Manager will meet with customers to determine their interior and exterior painting needs and then design solutions specific to each job.

**What will you do?**
- In-home estimating and consulting
- Sales
- Follow up with customers
- Be part of a team to produce jobs that meet and exceed customer expectations
- Deliver extraordinary customer service

**What are we looking for?**
- History of accomplishments in a sales environment
- Leadership experience
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Detail oriented and coachable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent priority and time management
- Customer service/relationship mindset
- Strong desire to succeed
- Able to use technology
- College or university degree preferred
- Experience in the home renovation industry very helpful
