Responsibilities:

- Perform general labor duties as assigned
- Assist with various tasks such as planting, lifting, and moving materials
- Operate hand tools and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with garden maintenance is a benefit
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is not required but highly helpful

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and hammers
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
