**Job Description**:
As the Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting seasonal launch campaigns & initiatives from initial to final stages. You will also contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The Marketing Specialist responsibilities encompass both the Laura and Melanie Lyne brands equally for all projects.

**How will you support the team?**
- Develop in-store signage (real estate, new marketing etc.) and send the signage to the stores.
- Liaise with the mall to determine opportunities and develop plans to support stores.
- Organize and execute all activities and support collateral for Grand Opening Events, including sourcing suppliers for refreshments and entertainment, as deemed necessary.
- Communicate with cross functional teams for all support required for both all real estate projects as well as for the Grand Opening Events.
- Develop work-back schedules for all Marketing department projects.
- Follow up with team members, cross functional teams, and vendors to ensure timelines are adhered to and tasks completed by due dates.
- Provide stores with all support collateral and other necessary tools to support individual store initiatives.
- Coordinate with the store any sample requests from stylists and influencers.
- Develop creative briefs for all projects coordinated by the incumbent.
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the industry.
- Assist in quarterly planning, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum three years’ experience in Marketing.
- Fashion / retail marketing experience an asset.
- The ability to work well both within a team and independently.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in French and English.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
