We're looking for a **Bartender** who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced pub environment and has excellent customer service skills to join our team. If you’re passionate about providing top-notch service in a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited to**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with a focus on quality and presentation
- Take customer orders and offer personalized recommendations based on preferences, providing an exceptional guest experience
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age and responsibly refuse service to underage individuals
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, utensils, and keeping the bar area sanitized and presentable
- Process customer payments accurately, handle cash and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner, enhancing their overall experience at the tavern
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation policies, ensuring the well-being of both customers and staff when handling food and beverages
- Work collaboratively with other bar and restaurant staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, especially in a busy, late-night setting

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous bartending or barista experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Reliable transportation is preferred, as we operate late into the evening
