Alto is an innovative online platform that connects screened and compassionate caregivers with families seeking specialized care for individuals with diverse special needs, including both youth and adults. As a vetted special needs caregiver, your role will involve providing personalized support, promoting independence, and creating a nurturing environment for individuals with unique requirements.

As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility to design your own schedule, determine competitive hourly rates, and select the clients you work with. Alto ensures that you have access to ongoing support, regular work opportunities, and comprehensive liability insurance coverage.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
As a special needs caregiver, your responsibilities may include:

- Delivering compassionate care and emotional support to individuals with special needs, spanning across various age groups
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting individuals with daily activities, therapies, and exercises based on their unique needs
- Implementing individualized plans and strategies to promote growth, development, and independence
- Maintaining effective communication with families and collaborating with the family

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this position, you **must** have following qualifications:

- Valid government-issued Photo ID
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid
- Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector (issued within the last three months)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
