About this team

We align ourselves and our partners with the practice of gratitude and appreciation. We're responsible for all aspects of asset protection impact in the regions, partners, and business units. The Specialist will be critical to the success of the most complex and important business unit at lululemon.
A day in the life
- Recommend the physical security needs to reduce risk and loss for our North America retail locations based on risk and market trends.
- Monitor installation projects to ensure physical security equipment is installed on time.
- Participate in training and testing for implementation for new large enterprise systems.
- Provide support to field asset protection teammates to execute AP strategy.
- Support key department business projects as assigned.
- Provide guidance and/or lead the education of store teams and SSC partners on risk related incident/concerns.
- Conduct formal audit(s) of physical security systems to ensure
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years related experience in a similar position
- 3+ years of retail operations management
- Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively cross-functionally.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Proven track record for problem solving and troubleshooting in high volume environment.
- Experience delivering best-in-class training that is rooted in our culture and core values.

Workplace arrangement
This role is classified as In-Person under our SSC Workplace Policy (see [1] SSC Workplace Program youlu page for an overview):

Work is performed onsite, 4-5 days per week. Applicants must be located in, or willing to relocate, to the specified work location.
Additional Notes
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
