**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting automotive parts based on their needs and vehicle specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all parts are correctly stocked and organized.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and managing payment methods.
- Collaborate with the service department to provide timely parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about new products, market trends, and changes in the automotive industry to better assist customers.
- Support retail sales initiatives by promoting parts specials and upselling additional products.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient inventory system.
- Experience in automotive repair or knowledge of automotive parts is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is a plus.
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail during transactions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
