**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are organized and ready for use.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Manage guest services during events, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required, maintaining clear records of sales.
- Support event coordinators in managing logistics, including coordinating with vendors and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor crowd control and safety protocols during events to ensure a safe environment for guests.
- Engage with guests through public speaking as needed, providing information about the event schedule or activities.
- Assist with food service operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during events.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in events management or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately; prior cash handling experience is a plus.
- Excellent conflict management skills to address guest concerns effectively.
- Strong public speaking abilities to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with food service operations is an advantage; knowledge of health regulations is a plus.
- Bartending Experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
