**Job Summary**
The HVAC Journeyman will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of their HVAC crew, ensuring efficient and effective workmanship.

**Duties**:

- Supervise HVAC apprentices and provide guidance on troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and installations
