**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities** **and Experience**
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on a strict timeline
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding deductions, benefits, and pay discrepancies.
- Must be extremely organized with documentation, files etc.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure proper onboarding of new employees into the payroll system.
- Prepare and submit required reports
- Support accounts payable functions as needed, including processing Billing and invoices for services.
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks
- Payroll, Bookkeeping and Billing experience is mandatory.
- Must have a min of 5 years exp with Payroll, Bookkeeping and Billing
- Must be a very quick learner
This position is very part-time / 5 hours per week on specific days
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week

- Analysis skills: 3 years (required)
