Finance - Analyst, Lease Administration

The mission of the Accounting Department is to account for every financial transaction in the general ledger accurately and on time to enable informed decision making.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As the Analyst, Accounting, Lease Administration you will support lease administration duties, including the execution of accurate and timely rent and lease-related payments and supporting effective lease management across Aritzia. **THE ROLE**

As the Analyst, Accounting, Lease Administration, you will:

- Govern the financial data that builds our financial reporting
- Process financial transactions related to rent and leases accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance in accordance with accounting policies

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**

The Analyst, Accounting, Lease Administration, has:

- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:

- A comparable transactional processing role in a large company
- Reconciliations of account transactions and balances
- CPA or public accounting experience is an asset
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

**THE COMPENSATION**

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$70,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
