**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of progressive bakery or restaurant management experience
- A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a bakery or a restaurant environment

- Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs

- Knowledge of the basic principles of bakery preparation, various baking methods, and food safety regulations
- Ability to work different shifts including early mornings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Lead Bakery Team to:

- Measure, mix, scale, and hand-mould various types of artisanal bread
- Hand-mould bread, baguettes, boule
- Bake and score traditional bread and bakery products
- Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)
- Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts
- Schedule Bakery Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met
- Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed
- Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team
- Train, develop and motivate Bakery Team Members
- Resolve customer and Bakery department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience
- Champion the Freson Bros. Brand and culture by modeling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth

**Position Details**:

- Position Type: Full-Time
- Location: Fort Saskatchewan, AB
- Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
