We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Experience Assistant to join the Customer Experience team within the Parks & Recreation division. This position reports to the Customer Experience Team Leader and is responsible for:
- Providing information and guidance on services and/or programs offered by the Town; Process and/or direct customer enquiries to appropriate business centre;
- Receiving payment for Town services, programs and/or bookings;
- Daily cash handling and receipting according to approved Town practices;
- Sharing customer insights to help contribute to the improvement of services, programs and process.

**What you Bring**:
A combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to qualify. A typical way to qualify is equivalency to completion of a high school diploma or working towards it, plus:
- Less than 1 year directly/indirectly related work experience representing continuous learning;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while dealing with frequent interruptions;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Experience with recreation software and a broad knowledge of community resources and services are considered assets.
