**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing tasks.
- Construct wall frames, floors, roofs, and other structural components using wood, steel, or concrete forms.
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts safely to move materials around the site.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, assemble, and install framing components with precision.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for various projects.
- Assist with siding installation and restoration work when required.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow while adhering to safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols related to construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in carpentry or framing within the construction industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and concrete forming techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with woodworking, siding installation, concrete finishing, welding, and restoration projects is advantageous.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is highly desirable.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools used in framing and construction work is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.64-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
